Yoga Basics- Foundation of Yoga Philosophy, breathing, basic posture and meditation. Deeply relax in this class as
you are guided through relaxation techniques that calm the mind and heal the body.
(Level 1).

Intro to Ashtanga (Level 2) - Introduction to the 1st Series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.

Yoga Flow (Levels 1-2) - A fun and creative sequencing of postures with an emphasis on movement, introspection and intention. This class builds strength, balance flexibility and awareness in all aspects of life.

Hot Yoga Flow (Level 2) - A dynamic physically intense practice that combines strength, balance, flexibilty, sweat and spirituality in a heated room.

Primary Series (Level 3) - The entire first series of Ashtanga Yoga. (forward bending, hip openers, twists and basic inversions)

Ski Fitness And Stretch - Prepare your body, breath and mind for the snow sports you love! Maintain through the winter season. Strengthen your core, optimize breath and posture and stretch it all out to have the best ski season ever!

Mysore - Self led practice with hands on adjustments and guidance from a teacher. Experience linking breath and movement in a meditative flow.

Pre-natal - Postures, breathing and meditation specifically for pre and post pregnancy.
