About Connie Wieneke

Connie at home in the mountains
Connie Wieneke has been practicing Kundalini under teacher Sarah Kline with devotion for two years, incorporating it into her life on a daily basis. Through the practice of Kundalini, Ashtanga and Vinyasa-style yogas, Connie was moved to change her life.
In fall 2011, Connie completed a 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher training from Adi Amar and Angela Tong for Vinyasa Krama.
Although she took the training to deepen her practice of yoga, friends and acquaintances have asked her to teach them yoga. And so a new journey begins with gratitude for all that she still wants to learn. In doing so, she wants to honor all of her teachers.

Welcome Natasha

Natasha at play in the outdoors
We are very excited to welcome Natasha Krochina as our newest yoga teacher! Natasha will be teaching Vinyasa Yoga Flow on Saturday mornings 9:00 – 10:30 starting December 17th. Please come on in and flow with her.
About Natasha
Natasha discovered yoga in her hometown of Anchorage, Alaska in 2000. Immediately drawn to how awake, alive and yet peaceful she felt, she continued a self practice as she travelled around the world for a year and a half. Landing in San Diego allowed her to explore many different styles of yoga and come to realize how powerful and grounding the practice is in her day to day life.
Missing the mountains Natasha moved to Jackson to play in the outdoors. She received her 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certification from Nicki Doane and Eddie Modestini. Then completed another 200 hours with Adi Amar and Angela Tong. Natasha hopes to share the feeling of connection and mental clarity that she finds in her practice.

Welcome Heather!
We’re proud to welcome a wonderful, new teacher to the studio, Heather Hannan! Heather has a lot of yoga experience and training and is a caring teacher who has a vast knowledge of alignment. She’ll be guiding you through a fabulous flow class Wednesday evenings 5:30 – 7:00.
Her bio:
I gravitated toward yoga in the mid-90’s seeking a physical balance to my active mountain lifestyle. I was introduced to Anusara and studied under this system for many years. In 2003 I began to explore other yoga systems. At this time I became a certified instructor through the Yoga Alliance.
This period of my life lead me to a deep appreciation for Vinyasa. The act of connecting my mind, body and spirit in a moving meditation has become an indispensable tool for self discovery and healing. Yoga has enriched my life on many levels. My hope is to create an inspired and creative flow class where others may tap into their full potential.
