
Come tune up your asanas (poses) this fall! Join Heather Franklin on Wednesday evenings at 5:30 pm, or Friday mornings at 9 am for a five-week Yoga Series beginning September 12th.
This five-week series will offer a Vinyasa practice based on commonly used asanas. Each class will build upon the other, giving you an understanding of the architecture of each pose and the confidence to practice safely and effectively. $65 for the five-class series.
This tune up series is good for anyone who is NEW to Yoga, or for people who are looking to refine their understanding of alignment within the Asana.
Explore proper form, breathing techniques and therapeutic applications of the asana for developing an intelligent and healing practice. Heather is a wonderful teacher with a strong attention to proper form, but in a pleasant and gentle way.

About Heather:
Heather gravitated toward yoga in the mid-90′s seeking a physical balance to her active mountain lifestyle. She was introduced to Anusara and studied under this system for many years. In 2003, Heather began to explore other yoga systems. At this time she became a certified instructor through the Yoga Alliance.
This period of Heather’s life has led her to a deep appreciation for Vinyasa. The act of connecting mind, body and spirit in a moving meditation has become an indispensable tool for self discovery and healing. Yoga has enriched her life on many levels. Heather’s hope is to create an inspired and creative flow class where others may tap into their full potential.
