Heather Hannan
Heather gravitated toward yoga in the mid-90′s seeking a physical balance to my active mountain lifestyle. She was introduced to Anusara and studied under this system for many years. In 2003 Heather began to explore other yoga systems. At this time she became a certified instructor through the Yoga Alliance.
This period of Heather’s life has led her to a deep appreciation for Vinyasa. The act of connecting mind, body and spirit in a moving meditation has become an indispensable tool for self discovery and healing. Yoga has enriched her life on many levels. Heather’s hope is to create an inspired and creative flow class where others may tap into their full potential.
Karla Steinmeier
Karla Steinmeier began practicing yoga 15 years ago and received her certification in the Jivamukti method in 2007. Karla was blessed with the opportunity to apprentice with her beloved mentor Ruth Lauer-Manenti and received the 800-hour certification. She is a seasoned practitioner of numerous styles of yoga, believing that as long as there is a clear intention, the paths to enlightenment are many.
Including her primary teachers, Sharon Gannon, David Life & Lady Ruth, she has also studied with Bryan Kest, Vinnie Marino, Govindas, Gurmukh, Dharma Mittra, Shiva Rea and Saul David Raye. Fueled by bhakti (devotion) and an intense desire to serve, Karla wants to change the world through yoga by helping others to remember to live in the oneness of being. In alignment with the lineage created by her teachers Sharon Gannon & David Life, her classes combine Sanskrit chanting, meditation, and a vigorous flow set to music. Her classes are designed to cause shifts in perception and inspire the desire for liberation.
Karla is forever thankful to Sharon Gannon, David Life, Ruth Lauer-Manenti, Juliet Smith, and Kristina Pao Cheng.
