Off Season Yoga Challenge!!!

Get your yoga on! We want you to experience the benefits of regular practice at the studio and watch yourself physically, mentally and emotionally transform. Attend three classes per week at the Shala for four consecutive weeks and receive a Teton Yoga Shala tank!

New Teachers at the Shala

We are extremely excited to have two new faces at the Shala!  Brittany Belisle and Molly Oshaughnessy will be teaching at the studio beginning in October.  Molly will be offering a Power Flow class on Wednesday’s from 9:00 – 10:15 am, as well as a new Gentle Flow class on Fridays from 10:30 -11:30 am.  Brittany will be teaching Yoga Flow on Wednesday’s from 5:30 -7:00 pm and Power Flow Saturday mornings from 9:00 – 10:30 am.  Please come and meet these lovely ladies!

September Class Cancellations

For the month of September Monday 5:30 PM and Saturday 9 AM classes will be cancelled.  Prenatal on Wednesday at 4 pm will also be cancelled and will resume as a sign up class.  Please contact adi@tetonyoga.com or angela@tetonyoga.com if you are pregnant and interested in Prenatal Yoga.

Monday 5:30 and Saturday 9am will continue in October.
